Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of easyglobalsim.com and the services provided by Easy Global SIM Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2) Orders, Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are shown prior to checkout. Taxes, VAT, and fees (if applicable) are displayed or calculated during the ordering process.
- We may change pricing and available bundles from time to time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Promotions, discounts, and referral/affiliate attributions are subject to eligibility and our policies.
3) eSIM Delivery & Activation
- After successful payment, we provide the eSIM profile and activation details according to the selected bundle.
- You are responsible for device compatibility, correct installation, and following carrier/network instructions.
- Service availability, speeds, and coverage depend on third-party networks and may vary by location/time.
4) Refund Policy
The purchase and activation of any bundle, as well as any data usage, regardless of the amount, constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
- Full refund is available only if no data has been used. Once data usage has started, the plan is considered activated and non-refundable. This rule applies to all bundles, regardless of the amount of data consumed.
- Refund Cooldown Policy: Accounts that receive a refund are temporarily restricted from making new purchases for 7 days after the refund is processed. This policy exists solely to prevent refund abuse and to maintain a fair experience for all customers.
5) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no interference with networks or services.
- No attempt to bypass technical or usage limitations or to resell without our written permission.
6) Intellectual Property
The Site, brand, and content (excluding your data and third-party marks) are owned by the Company and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
7) Third-Party Services
We use third parties for payments (e.g., Stripe), email delivery (e.g., SendGrid), and network services. Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies.
8) Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable order in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).
12) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
